1. Organizer

The organization and management of the giveaway is the responsibility of Fra Nui España S.L., with registered address at: Carrer Dels Gremis 8, 46290 Alcàsser, Valencia, Spain, and tax identification number [ESB40502403].

2. Participants

This giveaway is open to all individuals of legal age who meet the requirements specified in the giveaway post on Instagram. Employees of the organizer and their family members may not participate.

3. Giveaway mechanics

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Follow the Instagram account @franui.ge
• Tag one person in the comments of the post
• Extra: Sharing the giveaway in Instagram Stories increases the chances of winning

4. Entry period

The entry period starts on Tuesday, February 10 and ends on Tuesday, February 17. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5. Prize

The prize consists of:

Delivery of 10 (ten) Franuí tubs to 1 (one) winner: fresh raspberries coated in a double layer of chocolate. The flavor will depend on available stock at the time of delivery.The organizer will contact the winner via Instagram direct message and will coordinate delivery of the Prize within the delivery coverage area in Tbilisi.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or its cash value.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random by the organizer using the Rafflys (AppSorteos) platform from among all participants who have complied with the giveaway requirements. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, February 18 via Stories, a pinned comment on the post, and the caption of the giveaway post.

7. Winner communication and prize delivery

The winner may contact the Company within 7 days from the date they are announced on the brand’s social media profile. If no contact is made within this period, the giveaway will be declared void or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Personal data processing

The personal data provided by participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Modifications and cancellation of the giveaway

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to these legal terms at any time, provided that such changes do not harm participants’ rights. The organizer also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the giveaway in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.

10. Liability

The organizer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that participants may suffer during the giveaway or as a result of their participation. Likewise, the organizer shall not be liable for improper or fraudulent use of the prize by the winner.

11. Acceptance of the legal terms

Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set out herein will result in the participant’s disqualification.
