1. Organizer

The organization and management of the promotion is the responsibility of  Windpol GmbH , located at - Am Kümmerling 2, 55294 Bodenheim Germany, with tax identification number DE234818997.

2. Participants

The Munich Getaway Giveaway promotion is open to all adults who meet the requirements specified in the promotion's post on [Instagram (or the corresponding social media platform)]. The organizer's employees and their relatives are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

3. Participation Mechanics

To participate in the promotion, participants must follow these instructions:

• Follow Vinokilo's Instagram account @vinokilo.
• "Like" the giveaway post.
• Tag a friend in the comments of the post.
• Reserve a free ticket at vinokilo.events for an upcoming event near you.
• Reserve a free ticket at vinokilo.events for an upcoming event near you.

4. Participation Period

The participation period for the promotion starts on 03.10.2025 at 12:00pm CET and ends on 30.11.2025 23:59pm CET. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5. Prizes

The promotion prizes will include:

-Round-trip flights or train tickets for two (depending on your location)-A two-night stay at a pre-selected location-Costs covered for 2 tickets to Florence + The Machine on 04 March 2026 in Munich 

Each prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly using AppSorteos' platform.

7. Winner Communication and Prize Delivery

The organizer and the winner will get in touch using the following method.

• The winner will be announced on 10.12.2025 via email.
• The winner must respond the organizer by sending a message via email within 7 days.

If contact is not established within the specified timeframe, the promotion may be declared without a winner [or another winner may be chosen, as preferred].

8. Prize Delivery

The prizes will be delivered to the winners within 60 days, starting from the date of confirmation of contact details. Delivery will be made using email as determined by the organizer.

9. Personal Data Processing

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

10. Modifications and Cancellation of the Promotion

The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that the rights of the participants are not affected. Additionally, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that require such action.

11. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, losses, or injuries that participants may experience during the promotion or as a result of their participation. Furthermore, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

12. Acceptance of the Legal Terms

Participation in the promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements established in these legal terms may result in the exclusion of the participant.
