1. Organizer

The organization and management of the draw is the responsibility of Monti, with address at Basel, Switzerland.

2. Participants

The draw is open to all persons of legal age who meet the requirements specified in the draw publication on Instagram.

3. Draw Mechanics

To participate in the draw, participants must follow the following instructions:

• Follow the organizer's Instagram account
• "Like" the giveaway post
• Tag two friends in the comments of the post

4. Participation Period

The participation period for the draw begins on 13 November 2023, at 16:00 CET and ends on 20 November 2023, at 22:59 CET. Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the draw.

5. Prize

The prize of the draw will consist of:

One gift card for the value of 50€ to be used on any product of any collection available on the organizer's website: www.monti.fashion. The gift card will not have an expiration date.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen randomly by the organizer using the Rafflys (AppSorteos) platform from all participants who have met the draw requirements. The winner will be announced on 21 November 2023, through a story on the organizer's Instagram account (@monti.fashion.official).

7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery

The winner may contact the company within a period of 7 days from the date it is announced on the brand's social profile. In the event that such contact is not made within the stipulated period, another winner will be assigned.

8. Treatment of Personal Data

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

9. Modifications and Cancellation of the Draw

The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that they do not harm the participants' rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.

10. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, harm or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the draw or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

11. Acceptance of the legal terms

Participation in the draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant's exclusion from the draw.
