1. Sponsor / Organizer

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Outside Brands. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to U.S. residents over the age of 18. Participants must have a valid Instagram. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Outside Brands employees are not eligible to participate. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

3. How to Enter

To participate in the monthly giveaway, participants must follow the following instructions:

• Follow @0utsidebrands Instagram.
• Tag @0utsidebrands in photos you share from your trips with Outside.
• Each qualifying posts counts as one (1) entry. 
• Entries must tag @0utsidebrands clearly and be publicly visible at the time of the drawing.
• Content must be original and comply with Instagram's community guidelines.

4. Giveaway Period

The participation period for the monthly giveaways begins on March 23, 2026 and ends on September 30, 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the draw. One (1) winner will be selected each month during the giveaway period. Entries are grouped by the calendar month they are submitted. Each month's winner will be randomly selected during the first week of the following month. For example, entries submitted in March will be eligible for the drawing the first week of April.

5. Prize

Each monthly winner will receive:

One(1) Outside Brands swag and a discount on a future Outside Brands trip.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using the application AppSorteos. Winner will be announced on @0utsidebrands Instagram Stories within one week of the monthly drawing and contacted via Instagram Direct Message no later than the 7th of the drawing month. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner may be selected.

7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery

Winner will contacted via Direct Message by @0utsidebrands no later than the 7th of the month of the drawing. At time of notification, they will be asked for the full name and address for delivery of their prize. Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

8. Treatment of Personal Data

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and fulfillment of the prize and will not be shared or sold.

General Conditions

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. By entering, participants grant Outside Brands permission to repost, share, and use submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are inappropriate, incomplete, or violate any rules. The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that they do not harm the participants' rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise the integrity of the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Instagram and Outside Brands from any liability related to participation or prize use.

10. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, harm or injuries that participants may suffer during the course of the giveaway or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

11. Acceptance of the legal terms

Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant's exclusion from the giveaway.
