1.Organizer

This giveaway is organized and managed by LOLA CASADEMUNT, S.L., with registered office at Calle Goya, No. 48, 28001 Madrid, and tax identification number B-58527680 (hereinafter, the “Organizer”).

2.Participants

All individuals over 18 years of age who meet the following requirements may participate in the giveaway: A minimum purchase of €120 from the LOLA CASADEMUNT event collection to enter the draw for one (1) “personal shopper” experience valued at €300. Only for users residing in Spain; the consultation may be online or in person in Barcelona. Employees of the Organizer, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the giveaway are excluded from participation.

3.Giveaway Mechanics

To participate in the giveaway, participants must follow these instructions:

• Make a minimum purchase of €120 from the LOLA CASADEMUNT event collection.
• Reside in Spain.
• Employees of the Organizer, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally involved with the giveaway are excluded from participation.

4.Participation Period

The participation period will be open from April 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. until April 27, 2025, at 11:50 p.m. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5.Prize

The giveaway prize will consist of:

A “Personal Shopper” experience with @heidicolourvibes, a specialist in color analysis and image consulting. Valued at €300.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for its cash value.

6.Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected by the Organizer using the AppSorteos platform from among all participants who have met the giveaway requirements. The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone to arrange the image consulting session.

7.Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

The winner must contact the Company within 7 days from the end of the giveaway. If no contact is made within this period, the giveaway will be declared void.

8.Personal Data Processing

Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5). The data will be used exclusively for managing the giveaway. Under no circumstances will the data be shared with third parties without the participant’s express consent. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, and objection to the processing of their data by sending a request to [email protected]

9.Modifications and Cancellation of the Giveaway

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these legal terms at any time, provided that such modifications do not harm participants’ rights. The Organizer also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the giveaway in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.

10. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury that participants may suffer during the giveaway or as a result of their participation. Furthermore, the Organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

11.Acceptance of the Legal Terms

Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant’s disqualification from the giveaway.
